basic process

✧Briefing: send me a commission request - preferably with image references, and I'll get back to you with a quotes.
✧on order confirming: You can choose to pay either 100% upfront or if it's not a sketch commission or suprise me commission - split 30% upfront and 70% after sketch approval.
✧feedbacks: I'll send additional WIP updates during the creation process as necessary and upon your request.
✧final approval: I'll deliver 2 300dpi PNG files: one watermarked and one non-watermarked to you.

request form

✧Provide as many image references about your vision to me as possible. Can include but is not limited to: Character design, pose, expression, lighting, background, character backstory, vibe, accessories, your stick figure sketch to visualize the layout...etc, since freebie revision slots only apply to details that were clearly shown on image references you provided.
✧Briefs that describe characters only through written format or realistic/ ai faceclaim will be consider as a character design commission.
✧I might refuse commissions that do not have clear visual references, unless you want a "suprise me" type commission

copyright and usage

✧Commissions are for personal and non-commercial use only unless otherwise agreed. Please credit orcus51 when posting the original or use the watermarked version that includes my handles. You're only entitled to use the commission for the negotiated purpose after I have completed the commission.
✧Do not use the commission at any stages for AI or NFT
✧Unless otherwise agreed, I retain the right to display, print and commercialize the commission and behind the scene progresses regardless of whether the commission is canceled or completed.
✧blacklist: for any terms of service violation - especially terms stated in the copyright and usage section - you might be blacklist publicly and not receive any refund.

payment

✧Payments are accepted via Vietnamese bank transfer, remitly, wise, or PayPal with additional service fees.
✧payment is due within 2 days after order confirmation.
✧If paid 30% upfront, the remaining payment is due within 3 days after sketch approval.
✧failure to pay within the specified time may result in commission cancellation.

deadline + revisions

✧Deadline and Rush Orders: Default turn around time is 2 months after sketch approval. Urgent deadline will require an additional 30% fee. you may request WIPs update but must refrain from rushing me.
✧revision: You get 3 freebie changes per commissioned piece. A ~5- 10% fee will be added if you want additional revisions, unless it was due to an error on my part, this only apply for orders with clear references. The commission will be consider completed upon client's confirmation or if 48 hours have passed since I sent the final artwork, and no more revision may be request.

cancellation & refund

✧cancellation: If you cancel your order before i started working you may request a full refund.
✧refund: Maximum refund of up to 30% for any full-upfront commissions cancellation during the coloring phase to 70% during sketch phase. The 30% deposit of split payment commissions is non refundable if you cancel before or during the sketch approval phase.
✧artist cancellation: I will notify you in advance if the commission would take longer than the default deadline, you can choose to request a 100% refund. If I initiate the cancellation due to any other reasons other than terms of service violation, you'll also receive a full refund. all refund will be process via paypal, not paypal chargeback request
✧booking cancellation: the 30% booking deposit fee is refundable if you cancel 1 week prior to the initial booking date. after that, it's non refundable. repeated (2 times) booking cancellations might get you blacklisted.
